My service advisor David was wonderful. My problem was with the product. My warranty was expired. I bought honda by brand recognition. Now after owning one, i will never buy or recommend ever. I paid almost 300 dollars to recharge AC after 50,000 miles or so. Ridiculous to do this so soon. Now a couple of items needed work for around 2800 dollars. NO WAY. Recharge last year replace parts this year, what’s next? After i left service, i proceeded to another brand dealership and traded in the money pit and bought another car. NOT HONDA.
