Was told that my cabin filter was in the "red". I changed the cabin filter myself 3 weeks ago. If I can't trust a simple cabin filter recommendation how can I trust ANY other service your technicians recommend? Have been coming to this deadhead since I got the car in 2017 and today was my last visit.

Nathan was great. Problem was that we made an appointment for 10 AM Tuesday. When we arrived we were told that it would take until near the end of the day before our car would be ready. We got called at approx 5 PM saying that our car wouldn’t be serviced until the next day. After not hearing anything by 2 PM Wednesday and calls not being returned or messages answered, we drove back to the dealership to see what the status was on our service. We waited another hour sitting in the parking lot until our car was finally done. So 29.5 hours after our appt., our service was finally complete. Management needs to take a serious look at their on-line appt booking system. Too many appointments being made that the dealership can’t handle. Not fair to consumer. Makes one feel as though making the money is more important to management than having satisfied return customers. We will soon be considering replacing our other car with a new Honda and really need to give serious consideration to which dealership to use. Thanks for listening.

I left my car overnight with the Dropbox information with a flat tire. I called at 7 with some questions. Was told I would get a call back. Did not get a call back called at 8. Was told I would get a call back in 5 minutes. Did not get a call back. Called at 11:30 and left a message got a call back with the price of my tire and told that it was not there and would be there around 5. My husband went after work and said if nothing was completed that he would take the car and leave. Car was done in 10 minutes. I should not have to call multiple times for information. If the car could be completed so quickly after arriving to the shop, why did it take literally all day? This Is not the first time something like this has happened at this store. I will not be returning.
