I had my 2011 CRV in for a difficult electrical problem. The technician pursued several possibilities. Mike kept me informed throughout the day and assured I was comfortable. I overheard Mike speaking what the technician in an attempt to help diagnose the problem. Mike arranged for the diagnosis and repairs to be continued the next day so as not to keep me longer. Much appreciated. I am a long time Honda customer and will continue to be. Being new to AZ, I was looking for a local Honda dealer. Mike, and the rest of the staff I have had contact with, have assured that Germain Surprise is where I will service my Hondas and purchase a new one next year.
