I made an appointment for 11a for just an oil change. My car was not finished until 215…. Why would it take over three hours just for an oil change? What’s the point of even making an appointment ahead of time? An oil
Change anywhere else would take 20-30 minutes but every time I take my car to Honda for a service the wait is ridiculous.

Nathan was very good, and he went beyond to help. When I called I was told it would be relativly quick to get a battery changed. One hour after I arrived, Nathan stepped in & got things moving on my car. Seems nothing was done yet. It was over two hours to get a battery replaced under the 10 year warranty (I was in the 37th month).

I made a appointment last week for today, pulled up and waited in my car behind one other car (she was also in her car) sat there for 10 mins, then some kid comes out and helps the person that just rolled in next to me. So I get out and say, do I have to go inside to check in, he said yes, I had no idea. Then this scheduled appointment lasted 4 1/2 hours for a oil change and replacing a tension pulley (which only takes 1 hr) no one in service was happy with life at all. The establishment feels dead, and the employees looked miserable too. Step it up. I won’t be back.
