My appointment was at 9:30 in Saturday morning, my only day off work. I was told 2 hours for 4 new tires, alignment, new wipers and wash. I dropped it off at 9:30 and returned at 12:00. My car was still on rack when I was dropped off to pick it up. It was 1:45 before my car was completed. I bought my car at Surprise Honda and have done every service there. Not sure I will return. I own a business and I would never treat a customer with such disregard.
