Leland never returned my numerous calls from Monday & Tuesday. Someone should have informed me that Leland had left the company and assigned me another service representative. Levi happened to answer my calls to the service department. He was was short & to the point; not having much time or desire to answer my questions. He was probably over worked. I enjoyed Leland’s personal attention & technical knowledge.

I spent $78 to get my oil changed. Ive never complained in the past about this before, but 1 of the reasons I bring my vehicle to you, is to get a quality car wash at the time of service! The wash was terrible! The passenger side looked as though it was missed completely, and I might add we waited for the vehicle for 2 and1/2 hours… At this point in time, I’m shocked at the way my vehicle was presented to me, and not sure if I’ll ever be back..

It would be nice to know how much I was going to pay for the service work. There were added charges after to what I agreed to pay for. Also the time allowance was longer than expected.

No contact necessary. The online booking needs to be fixed so that when I make an appointment the appointment actually works or I get some sort of notice that it didn’t work. Nathan did just fine but I was quoted 1.5 hours it would take and it took OVER 2 hours!!!! Also I think there is something wrong with your text service. I never got a response on my text. I found out an hour into waiting that my child was sick and had a fever but I figured I would be out of there in 30 min only to have to make her wait another hour and half with zero updates.
