I came in for them to check the bolt on one side of my lower bumper and they did and said it just needed to be tightened and did it from the inside.
I left . This afternoon already I noticed that already it moved out of place again. So they really did not check it correctly.
I will be back on Wednesday early on the 27th for my maintenance service and would like them to actually spend time to see if I need a new bolt, nut ir both etc. please

Dropped my truck off at 5:30 pm on Thursday for an oil change Friday morning. Heard nothing by 1pm Friday. I called and was told they had no idea my car was there and had to find it. Called at 1:15 said they would call for pick up in an hour. 4pm still no call. I called and left messages and no one called me back so I drove down to your dealership and it still needed to be washed and brought up. Not happy! Had my truck for 23 hours for a simple oil change.

The visit was really good i would’ve liked a time frame of how long i’d be there. My wiper fluid was full but i was charged .47 cents for something i’m not sure. The car wash was okay i had water marks and bugs still on the windshield. But Everyone was really nice and funny.

Not happy with the length of time it took for simple service. Appt at 0900 car finished 1245!! Why make an appointment then? Also the “canned” updates are insulting!! We already had the car home when the update came saying the car was almost ready. Will be reluctant to use your service department again or recommend. Is this dealership under new management?
