I've had my truck at DCH in Temecula for service and warranty work on three occasions now! I am very picky when it comes to my CTD and have been very happy with the quality work of the mechanics and Jason the service advisor! I finally found a dealer I can trust for repairs on my Ram 2500 CTD!

Worse automotive experience I have ever had. The original issue I took my vehicle in for was not fixed. You had my vehicle for 5 1/2 days. You did do some warranty work for a check engine light, but I have no idea why it took so long. I feel something shady also happened. My receipt shows the warranty work performed included an oil change. Yet on the next page I was charged. I do plan to visit the store and complain to the manager once I return from a short vacation. I don't know how repair decision is still in business.

The car was dirty when I picked it up. It was not dirty when I left it off. The service advisor called me and said it was ready at 3:00 P.M. +/- and then when I came to pick it up they said it was being driven. This was not true. My wife who dropped me off said it was sitting when I finally picked it up and the motor was not hot. Also, the paper work was lost and the cashier was rude and had me wait and stand at the counter while she finished a call for 5 min. Finally when I complained to the General Manager, the service department said they had a new system and that I received a text or email that my car was done. This was not the case. It was a total lie which I don't appreciate. The service advisor verified he called me. My smart phone did not have a text or email saying the car was ready. It was an excuse for everything. Finally when I did go to my car after paying, one of your service employees had parked another customer's car across 3 spaces blocking me from backing out my car and leaving. I had to hunt down the idiot that blocked the cars. This was an extremely bad experience. I have purchased two jeeps from your dealerships in the past 4 years +/- and other jeeps from other dealerships over the past 20 years. I would not likely buy another. With all the recalls and then the experience I had, I will only return for warranty items or go to another Jeep dealership for service. If I were to rate the experience, I would say the service advisor and mechanics were doing their jobs well, but the system let you down. Mr. RONALD C

Poor communication. Asked three times to speak with the service advisor without success. Vehicle not washed or vaccumed when that was part of purchase agreement. Shuttle service and drivers were excellent.

my experience at DCH was great Mike took care of me he got my truck bi my experience at DCH was great Mike took care of me he got my truck fixed as soon as he was able to in a timely manner I was very satisfied with the customer service and if in the future I was to need my car serviced I will go to DC and if in the future I was to need my car serviced I will go to DCH or if I was to ever buy a car in the future I would go to DCH because the customer service was great

We were very disappointed getting the car back after an oil change and transmission work to see that the car had not been washed or vacuumed. Any other dealership we've ever been to has never returned our car dirty. We found it very unprofessional and makes us question to return for future service.

Took 7 hours for oil change and recall correction. No real contact from reps. New text system not accurate. When finally got the car it still had paper on floor plastic hanging on seat. Tag in the window. Apology was made but too late after such a long wait in the waiting room.
