I called and told the person who scheduled my appointment that I was having issues accelerating after making a cross country trip in my vehicle. They said the mechanics would be able to look at it and if they couldn't fix it that day I would be provided with a rental car. Once I showed up I was told by one of the guys working there that they could not look at the issue because I did not have an engine light on on the dash board. I was also told that they were backed up about a week for that kind of maintenance and that they could only provide a rental car for one day. Coincidentally, my oil light came on the day before my scheduled appointment so they took care of that instead and rotated my tires. In the end the scheduled appointment was a waste. When I asked why there was a disconnect between the information I received and what is actually done, I was told "the girls who schedule the appointments don't understand the process". I think this is unacceptable and that policy and procedure should be made clear so that customers aren't showing up wasting the dealerships time and their time. Perhaps having someone who understands the maintenance process should work in scheduling to alleviate these issues. If you have any questions feel free to contact me at ****-****-xxxx. V/R RICHARD L

I trust Mike ****, but there was one time I came in there and had my oil changed and obviously your tack put 4 quarts of more oil then my truck acquired. When I found out about it Mike sincerely apologized and took care of the problem .yes I will come back

When I got there I had an appointment for an oil change, tire rotation, and a fluids check. I had to wait an hour and half for them to return my vehicle, and no only that I got told it was only going to be a $100-200 to replace my coolant bypass line and then he tried to tell me is going to cost me $441 to replace it. We are low in money as it is and the fact the dealership would allow someone to low ball you like that is ridiculous! I've called my old dealership and they told me it would only cost $116 for the part, so for the labor it's going to cost me freaking $300+, yeah right! I've also called other mechanics whom had told me it was only around $190-200! Also, once I returned home to find not only did I get charged for a ridiculous amount for an oil change, he didn't put the required amount of oil in my vehicle! And instead of putting coolant in my vehicle, he put flipping water in my vehicle! I'm 100% disappointed in the way he did his job and I want a refund! Cause for one, I know what it feels like when I have a tried rotation and it feels no different, it's like he didn't even do his job!
