Justin was not to blame for my first time in. That was somebody else's fault for ordering the wrong radio. But when I did come back Justin tells me that I didn't tell the tech there was another problem.(it's all part of the same radio) so I came back again(3rd time) well guess what. Wrong radio and they forgot to plug in the lower unit. ( Justin won't face me now!) so they ordered another one and I came back again. (4th time in now) Justin tells me he promises me, in writing, it will be done by 10:00 and I'll check everything myself. From 10:00 to 10:20 I stand directly outside his office waiting patiently and staring at him because he has been speaking with another customer and he won't face me nor go check on my truck. Another gentleman finally comes out and interrupts him and he tells him something but I can't here. That man shakes his head and walks straight out to my truck and the man working on my truck throws his hands in the air shaking his head and here come my keys. And I finally get out of there. I'll never come back for service. And I'll go to the dodge dealer in Elsinore if I buy a new dodge again

He was exceptional! I dropped my jeep off before you opened and put my key and a short note regarding the problem I was having. By the time I called to see if anything had been looked at, there was a diagnosis and the warranty company had already been contacted so I knew exactly how much it was going to cost. Best service I've ever had anywhere! Thank you so much!!!

I was notified of a recall by mail to bring my Jeep in to be serviced by DCH Temecula Jeep which was a huge mistake. We anticipate notifying the recall 1800number of the lack of customer service and professionalism by the Serv Mgr and his team, as well as informing DCH upper management and online reports and complaint forms/blogs. Thank you.

My service advisor Mike, did a terrific job and is a 10 out of 10! I am hoping that now the issue that I brought the car in three times since I purchased it brand new, is fixed. Where I am disappointed is that I had my car detailed before bring it in, and the recurrent issue had me leave it at the shop again. It just is very disconcerting to get the car back filthy. I see you have the facility to wash cars, and when you have to have them brought back to you numerous times for the same issue (I have had to leave the car with you for about three weeks to a month)...you should return it to me clean. Again, everyone is terrific and helpful...I understand you can't be perfect mechanics...just wash the car.

Mike was great, no complaints there. But for the most part your service department **** as far as feeling welcomed. The service tech left a dirty oil rag on top of the turbo charger in my 2015 Ram 2500 Cummins diesel. I check under the hood as a habit anytime I get work done. Luckily I do because that could have potentially caused a fire in the engine compartment. The main complaint I have about your dealer is that no one, not one person seems enthusiastic about being at work. I'd go to another dealer if one were closer. The only person whom I've ever had a good experience with is Omar,in sales. He sold me my truck last year and it was a pleasure working with him. Thanks, TODD F

Wasted my Saturday there to get my head light replaced on my brand-new 2015 Dodge Durangoo & to come out that they messed up on the shipment and broke something in delivery. Rep guy said it's out of his control too bad. Not very happy with Dodge right now
