Couldn't have been happier with the service provided by Chris and the DCH team. Very fast oil change, inspection, and alignment. Chris even brought me a slice of pizza and a soda while I waited. I'll continue making the drive from Oceanside for great service from DCH. Thanks Chris!

When I dropped the rental car the girl at the counter made me feel like I was going to steal it. She followed me everywhere. I told her that when I was done exchanging my work property I will meet you in the office. She said no I have to stand hear. Needless to say I still made her walk all the way back in when I was finished. Also you have many other problems in the service department I mean the guys working on the cars. I have submitted other comments with no reply.

James and your staff did a terrific job. My complaint is that your dealership does not wash the vehicles before returning them. My car was caked in dirt upon receipt, and it would really be terrific if you could provide that service, even at a price. Thank you.

Very dissatisfied. Scheduled appointment in advance 7am drop off, arrived early for service appointment,did not receive any calls or updates from dealership, so approx 3:30ish we stop by dealership to check status on repair, and told truck had not even been looked at, and probably couldn't get to it til Tuesday. My question is why did I schedule an appointment if they had no intentions of doing service, why were not informed that truck would not be done til Tuesday. We took truck home, very unhappy about the situation.

I made an appointment the night before for 930a the next day. I promptly dropped my vehicle off at 910a waited for 10 min before anyone acknowledged me, mind you I am very visibly pregnant at 8mons. When a service advisor showed up I told him, (Armel) that I had an appointment and that my head rest made an explosion sound, hit me in back of the head all while I was driving. He put in the codes and told me my vehicle will be done by 5p that day. Come 441p I call the dealership to find out the status of my vehicle. I wait on the phone while they find my advisor, Armel finally comes online I ask him the status of my vehicle he puts me on hold once again to find out...waiting a few minutes he comes back online saying he's locating my vehicle...waiting few more minutes he comes back online saying he has someone tracking my vehicle and if he could call me back once he found out what the status was, total time on the phone waiting 11min makes that 452p. At 505p my husband gets a phone call, Armel calls to tell him the headrest is 2-3 days out. My husband ask why did it take all day for you to tell me that its not done? Armel says: "Well I had a tech looking for the part." My husband says "when did you even look at the car 10 minutes ago?!" (455p the vehicle was looked at)Armel admitted yes 10minutes ago. Armel said it was going to cost $100 for the deductible, for a crash safety feature. Being pregnant and having complications due to pregnancy I couldn't get the vehicle in before 36k miles.(still under 37k miles though) The incident happen around 34k miles. I picked up my vehicle the next day around 8a. Armel brought my paperwork to me and left. I left the dealership, talked to my husband on the phone and he asked if the part got ordered. I look at the paperwork and it says nowhere on the paperwork that the part had been ordered. I turned around went back to the dealership and asked for documentation that the headrest was ordered. It was not on the paperwork Armel had to go get a print out of the order. It was ordered that morning I came to pick up my vehicle. Armel had told my husband that the part was ordered already the night before. The only reason my husband knew better about the headrest being ordered was because a couple years ago he took his truck into DCH for a safety recall. They took the paperwork and said they would call him when the parts became available. He is still waiting for that phone call. To be satisfied with this service I would have appreciated a phone call of a status update on my vehicle sooner than 7 and half hours for a 5 minute job. To be honest and up front from the beginning when making my appointment that my vehicle was going to take all day. Also to not be charged for a safety feature that had malfunctioned. We will be forwarding this complaint to NHTSA (National Highway Traffic Safety Administration)to put the wheels in motion for a recall. If we had been going faster than 25mph this would have most certainly caused and accident.

I owed a Jerp back when I was 20 yrs. old and it was the worst experience I had with the service dept. But I be always loved Jeeps so it took me a long time to buy another. Your service team/staff is awesome at DCH Temecula, they are the hardest working crew I've seen. I love the fact that you text me about the staid of my service and you also offer free rentals! I love it! Thank you so much for being on top of it. So far my experience this time around has been terrific!
