My wife went in to fix a dangerous problem with our Aspen. She was breaking down and couldnt control the steering or breaks. Dch changed the battery and said that was all it needed. The very same night she took it home she broke down again. Very unsafe not satisfied at all. I made her take it to the dealer to avoid anything like this.

Very professional. We had scheduled an appointment for service, and when he found out the day before that he wouldn't be in - he called me and made arrangements for another service adviser to handle things and even had the paperwork all done and ready for the other service adviser. The appointment was for running boards for my new truck and they were perfect.The entire service team there is great.
