I have had two experiences with the service department so far and I have been thoroughly impressed. Best customer service out there and recommend everyone I know to go to them.

the car serviced was my personal limo. It was important to me the oil pressure problem was fixed ASAP because it was going to be used to take my mom and dad to San Diego for Mother's Day Saturday night. My guy Jordan was great since he was the only one that acknowledge me. Just don't understand why you have all of those service reps when no one is available. Makes no sense to me. Everybody walking by looking busy and they can't even stop to acknowledge me :-(
