Well first I received the email that my vehicle was being worked on at 11 am... I dropped it off at 745 ... it was only getting the top row of spark plugs replaced nothing else... from there at about 330 I came back to the dealership to find out my vehicle actually has not been worked on yet.. but for it to just be sitting in the lit. I was told when I asked that it was being worked on to in fact it was not I could see it still parked in the lot... me some what mechanically inclined I know it does not take 5 hours to change spark plugs so to say dissatisfaction doesn't even say the least.
