No pressure by Alfredo. He explained everything that was ‘recommended’ in a professional manner, but had a positive and friendly attitude even though I declined ‘recommended’ repair work. This has not been the case with all the Hardin Honda Service advisers I’ve had in the past, which made me not want to come back. I will request Alfredo next time I return.
