Juan was fantastic. He was respectful, polite, and very helpful. He was also very knowledgeable and listened to me. I did not feel like he was forcing me to buy anything. On the other hand, one of his colleagues was extremely rude and disrespectful. I went to the women's bathroom because I needed somewhere private to pump. I saw a HUGE COCKROACH on the wall so I ran out and informed Juan's colleague (couldn't find Juan at that moment). That man told me "the cockroaches come out of the drain and there is nothing to do about it." I asked if there was a comfortable place to pump and he told me to "go find a corner." I was furious. I hope this guy doesn't treat his female family members the same way. If he had a wife who was pumping for his baby would he want her to pump in a filthy bathroom full of cockroaches? That employee needs serious counseling. Luckily Juan stepped in to rectify the situation. He took me to a room so I could wash my hands and pump in a cleaner room. Juan is the best. By the way this was the 27th of July at around 11am.
