I manage a business and Chris did the EXACT job that I wish all of my service consultants did. He clearly explained price, turn around time, possibilities, and everything else you would want to discuss with a customer up-front to set the expectation to assure that there aren’t any disappointments. He also did exactly what he said he would in promptly following up with me for concerns that arose with the vehicle as it was being worked on. This is a class-example of a finely tuned machine as everything Chris said was followed up with by the whole team executing on the job to create the outcome he estimated to begin with. I am super satisfied with my experience today and look forward to returning in 1.5 weeks to have more work done.

I had an appointment at 8:45 am and showed up at 8:20 and I was waiting about 5-7 minutes before the advisor came out. She told me that it would take a couple of hours to see what was going on. I texted around 10:15 am to see what the status was. She called me within a few United that it was the battery and that it was being replaced and next was the voice recognition system they were going to check. I don’t know why it took almost two hours to change a battery. Everything was done around 10:35 am. As soon as I got in my car I got a couple of warnings popping up on my display. They had to take my car back again for another 20 minutes to reset the system. I didn’t leave the service center until 11:15 am for what amounted to a battery change and a system reset.
