I made an appt online and even called to ask about the service but by the time I got there the representative told me it doesn’t mean anything, it’s first come first serve and no more shuttle service. It’s not mentioned by anyone nor on website. There are a lot of wrong/deceiving information. So I decided to bring the car to the actual express first come first serve side. People are nice and efficient. The process is streamlined. However, the guy who helped me wore his mask without covering his nose. What’s the point?! You didn’t tell the employees how to wear mask properly?! Overall I’m very disappointed with my service experience. Don’t know what happened to this dealer, it used to be so pleasant to get the service. I’ll not go back nor recommend it to anyone.
