I told the service that my car was shaking. In doing a full minor service I don't believe they fully checked everything my car is now shaking worse than before and they didn't even refill the windshield washer fluid. I'll be taking my car elsewhere to someone who LISTENS TO ME and to someone who cares about their customers more than rushing them out and thinking about money. A place that wants to sincerely help and for a good price, especially after being a loyal customer for so long.
