I was beyond disappointed with the service today. I made an appointment for 10:30 am. I showed up, checked in and was instructed by the young man in the Service Department that my service should be completed in the Express Service Department, he explained that the Service Department was very busy and my service would take 2-3 hours. So I went across the way to the Express Service area, I was greeted and informed that my service would take an hour and a half, I was told that the department had “extra staff” on hand to accommodate the volume of customers and to assist in a speedy process to minimize the amount of time spent in the lobby because of COVID-19. I asked for no car wash and was then told it would take one hour.
We sat and waited for TWO hours, no update, so we went to look and my vehicle was still sitting in the exact same spot where I left it.
TWO HOURS.
Nothing had been done, and my car was left with the lights on and keys in the ignition.
This was BEYOND disappointing. I left and to be honest am now weary about returning, even though I have a service package on my vehicle.
What is the point of making appointments?
What is the point of the Express Service?
