I’m disappointed and concerned with the fact that my service provider stole my car. When I arrived 20 minutes after the service desk closed, expecting to get my keys from sales, I was told sales did not have my keys. When they tried to track my service provider down I was told that he was “too far away” to get my keys back to the office. I am unclear how they got “too far away” in the twenty minutes they had after closing at 5 PM. I had already paid the $1000 dollars for my car and then was told that my personal property had been stolen. I’m incredibly disappointed and likely will not be returning to this dealership for future service as I have already had to spend almost 2 hours getting the spare set of keys for my car, which luckily I had so I won’t have to take a day off work to get my car, and still have to make a return trip to pick up my stolen keys.
