Scheduled a appointment, was told everything would be done in2 hours. It took 3 hours for a 30 min oil change and I didn’t even get the recall work done. Now I have to come back and waste another full day to get a recall completed that Honda said would only take 1hour 45 minutes to complete. Not a good way to earn my business.
