The advisor Chris was friendly. He came out right away when I pulled into the Express Service side.
Service was quick; my tire was patched within the hour. I was able to get coffee while I waited, which is also a plus.
The cashier, David, was also super friendly and helpful. He let me know when my car was ready and where it was at (as I was a little lost).

Communication about the car repairs was lacking over a weeks time. We had a discussion on a Thursday. I was told I would get a call back the next day which did not happen. When I called to follow up the, the service rep wasn't even working that day. He said he would call corporate first thing in the morning yet he wasn't even working that day which left me 1 hour to get a rental car before many people were headed to my house for a birthday excursion. I had explained this all the day before but the ball was dropped.
Also no follow to call the entire week. I only got a call when the car was ready and didn't have an idea of what was done to it. The car was given back dirty inside and out. I brought the car rental receipt for reimbursement. I have not heard back on the reimbursement. I also got a strange delayed text the other day saying my car was ready, which is weeks after I picked up my car.
