I completely understand that oil changes do not acquire appointments but when an appointment is made for it ( because there is an option to make an appointment for it ) you would think Hardin Honda would vouch for it but no they treated it just like a walk in . Appointments are made to skip the walk in and the long wait . Yet I waited for about one hour and 30 minutes for something I have made an appointment for. It’s ridiculous and you charge me more than weir canyon Honda does ! I didn’t even buy the car from them and I get treated better ! Learn the value of costumers and appointments.
