Kari helped me with the IMA battery replacement. She also suggested that I replace the turn signal light on the driver side. She explained that if I replace it then it will blink at a normal speed. I agreed to do as she suggested. On the day that I pick up the vehicle Kari was not there. I pick up the vehicle and tested the replace turn signal light and noticed that it was not fixed. I bring it to Alfredo’s attention and he said that I would need to replace the receptor as well. I told Alfredo that it’s not right for Hardin Honda to not give me all of the accurate information up front so that I can make an informed decisions. He said that the receptor is only $23 and that the $56 that I already paid would go toward replacing the receptor. He said that he will call me back when the part arrives. I waited 4 days and he still didn’t called me back. I called in and someone said that the part is in I so made the appointment. On the day of the appointment I talked to Alfredo and he completely forgotten about the incident and what he told me. So I have to explain everything to him. Then he proceeds to explained that I would have to pay for the electronic diagnostics and then pay for replacing the receptor. This is terrible service. First of all Kari drop the ball by not checking to make sure that replacing the bulb would fixed the problem. Then Alfredo take up my case for Kari but then he failed to take correct notes so that he would have enough context to help me the next time. I know you guys have hundreds of customers so he should learn to take better notes. It is not good to be told one thing and then to be told something else by the same guy a few days later. Very bad customer experience.

I was not satisfied with my visit at all. When scheduling my appointment I added to the notes I would like my window to be look at because it does not roll up sometimes. I was never informed that I would be charged $145 for a "diagnostic fee" they informed me about the $80 oil change. But I was never quoted for the diagnostic fee. I would have never agreed to pay that much money. To just be told it doesn't work. I already knew that. I am very disappointed with my service today.

Overall was good, however the blond woman was not wearing a mask the 3 times while helping me and I found that a little uneasy. Please have all the employees wear masks during this time.

I do not like the new maintenance sticker. The old ones were transparent. This one is solid and distracts you while driving. If I move it, it will not be in a place to remind me as easily. Go back to the transparent ones.

Holy crap it took 3 hours for an oil change. You call it express service. Come up with a better service. Or on super busy days that you know are the days. Have a Food truck out there.
