I was going to go to Honda of Westminister. But I went in today for an oil change but I went to the small service center versus the larger one across the street. The people there are always pleasant and easy to deal with. My service took exactly the amount of time she said it would. I have a Honda dealer minutes away from me but I will always go to Hardin Honda because they treat me well. I can't say the same for the other location.

The car is still not driving correctly. This is a brand new minivan. We have now brought it in 3 times and it is still not fixed. This does not appear to be the fault of the techs or service writers. They were great to deal with. This is an issue in the car. It is barely 6 weeks old.
