I was quoted a $185 cost for the duplication of my car key, but when the final cost came in, it became $205. I called back the next day and was told there is an "emergency" part of the key that cost the extra $20. How come I wasn't told that when the service paper was written up?

I spoke to American Honda and I was informed that I was not given the proper advice about how to proceed with my AC repair that could have saved me some money. I have been a loyal Honda customer for 20 years and drive a little farther to Hardin because I thought Hardin Honda provided better service. I would appreciate a call back to discuss the issue.
