It took 3 days and we were never contacted with any updates about my car. I had to call every time, and it was impossible to talk to anyone. I had to be on hold for approximately 30 minutes every time I called. When I finally got through to someone, I felt rushed and couldn’t really ask questions. There were even some employees who hung up right away. I will definitely bring my car to a different Honda in the future.

Chris was so nice! In the few minutes we spent while he got my paperwork ready, I learned his daughter was the same age as I am, and that we both are graduating from college this spring!
