Does it takes 5 hours to do a simple oil change ???? I got there at 11 am and was there until 4:30 pm with out any updates or nothing. At least they would have told me it was going to be 5 hours I should have bring breakfast and lunch and maybe dinner !!!! Terrible service would not recommend at all. Worst customer Xperia me ever.

I made an appointment for Friday 5/28 at 8am, to have my fuel pump replaced. I called at 3pm to find out if it was done. I was told that they had walk-ins come in so they worked on them first and hadn’t touched my car. Didn’t get my car back till Saturday in the morning. I don’t understand why making an appointment isn’t taken first.
