Mr.Schoppelrey and his assistant are very nice and attentive guys,however we had really hard time because an unbelivable mistake after the service,líke forgetting to put back the cover cup oil,it was scary to see the screen, showing warnings about all the systems in the car. My husband and I have lost a work day and it is absolutely not acceptable that because somebody is not doing his job properly and we had to face negative aftermath. Once again,thank you to Darin Schoppelrey and his assistant,very attentive guys.

You are complete crooks!!! Horrible experience!! When I called and asked if our Accord alternator was still was under warranty, service rep said yes absolutely, it was still under the 3year/36 month warranty. When I had vehicle towed in and left, I was told by Adam that not only would I be on the hook for $152, but it would be almost $3000 in repairs, that an oil stain voided the alternator warranty!!! Complete ****!! I ended up taking to an authorized Honda mechanic and they replaced alternator! Absolutely no signs of oil!!! This is not the first bad experience with Hardin Honda. You will do and try anything to void warranty! So much for Friendly Honda.....
