When I scheduled the online appointment for the recall, I was told it would take 4 hrs to complete the repair/fix. But It actually took 2 days. I dropped the car on Saturday at 8:30 am, and around 3 pm got a call saying it was going to get ready until Monday. I had to call on Monday around 3.45 pm I called to check the status, and the car was ready for pick up. Bad communication.
Also, when I drop the car for services, I mention that the tires were making a buzzing/humming, and the service advisor said it would make a note for that. When I went to get my car, another advisor was on service and couldn't explain the 2nd problem was fixed or what it took to get fixed, but that I would get a call to explain that. Again terrible communication.
