Darin is such a great person to see all the time at the dealership. He makes my visits seamless. He might not know this but I have been doing my services for 10 years now and it’s because he really goes out of his way to get me information I need. He also is friendly an approachable that makes my visits better. I have had issues prior on regular service side and made me question whether to continue at Hardin Honda, but everytime I see Darin I know I will be in great hands. He is a major factor in why I prefer the Express service over regular. Also why I continue to come back. The service Express does is phenomenal that I don’t mind waiting 2-3 hours for my car. I have been a customer at Hardin Honda dealership for the past six years. In six years, this weeks experience at Hardin Honda, has been very disappointing. I was never given updates on the service of my vehicle. I had to text multiple messages and received a response, hours later. In fact, I was never notified my vehicle was all done until I had to text several times to receive a response, hours later. I texted to verify the total cost of vehicle repair $463.45, and never received a response. To say the least, I’m very dissatisfied with the service I received this week at Hardin Honda. I was looking forward to coming to the dealership and start looking for a new vehicle for my son. I am rethinking my desire to purchase another vehicle from Hardin Honda. My wife and I purchased two Hardin Honda vehicles in February and April 2015. I will definitely reconsider returning to Honda Honda in the future.
