Byron Dozier deserves a 20 out of 10. Best dealership I have ever been to. High professionalism facility with a family feel. Always very satisfied and very well taken care of at Hardin Honda by all employees. It’s a well oiled machine and a fantastic facility. From the general manager all the way down thank you everyone. This dealership needs to be recognized for so many other reasons. It’s always clean including inside the service area bays. The grounds are well kept, the customer waiting areas are very generous especially the quick lube waiting area. Thank you!!!

I want to point out Alfredo in the Service Dept. went above and beyond in making our experience great. Alfredo found a way to make it possible to leave the vehicle there for many days and be able to not miss work. The technician that worked on our car did a very detailed job to find the problem. Not only did he find it but fixed it right the first time. Thanks to Alfredo and your Service Dept.

I had an appt at 930 I had to wait 45 min to check my car in, it appeared a if there was only 1 person taking the information and driving the cars off. You had others standing there not really doing anything. I waited until 130pm until I called to see the status of my car and was told that it had been done. No phone call or text was made to inform me my car was done until after I had arrived to pick up my car. I don't see the point in making an appt when 1 it took 45 min after my appt time to check my car in and why it then took almost 3 hours for an oil change. It's also disappointing that I wasn't informed when my car was finished instead I had to call.

Brought the car in on Saturday (with an initial expectation that I would get it by the end of the day); toward the end of the day; they said they got busy and it wouldn’t be done until Monday....again that was fine....it wasn’t until late on Monday that I got a call saying it wasn’t done and I would get the car until Tuesday. Just seem to have a lot of poor communication on the progress and even though I was sending text messages via the Honda Text system...I didn’t hear back. It was just the starter.....just would have helped me plan my work day on Tuesday if I had known earlier.

I’m extremely upset with your Guy’s service.! I had scheduled my car appoint for a Saturday.! When I brought the car in the car didn’t smell of gas or was aware of any leak.! I told them my issue I was having but I didn’t get my vehicle check till Monday two days wasted.!! I needed a diagnosis done to find the true issue with my car and was told on Monday morning my fuel injectors where leaking!! And would not continue until the matter was made for me to pay 1700 dollars which is ridiculous! I was able to fix that in 2 hours buy re placing the O ring around the fuel injectors! You wanted me to buy unnecessary things! ! Oh yeah I was told I would need to buy a tow truck to leave with my car.! You guys just love for people to waste there money on unresolved matters my car made it home and I solve the leak problem myself so you tell me what I should think of you service.
