I dropped my car at 8:15 then they told me to pick at 1pm I arrived at 1:30 pm they say your car not ready yet then I keep waiting until they finished finally at 3:40 pm
That’s why I’m not satisfied

The bare minimum that could have been done was to notify me that the service department had broken my windshield before I took the time to come pick the car up. I could have left it there for repair. Instead, I was told about it after waiting a half hour for them to complete the oil change that was supposed to have been completed before I came to pick it up. My family has purchased/leased at least 10 cars from Hardin over the years, that ends here.

Service was good. Unfortunately, I specifically requested to check and fill up the windshield washer fluid for the back window which was left empty.
Since, I had already waited about 3 hours, I didn't go back to have 8t properly done.
I suppose that I need to make sure that the paperwork states my request in writing too.
I do thank Hardin Honda for keeping their promise when I first purchased the vehicle regarding the customer rewards program.
