The guy who helped seemed rushed and didn’t explain what was done on my vehicle. He just asked for a signature. I’ve always had an excellent experience but not this time. It sucked.

I was not happy that after 2.5 hours of me waiting at the dealer for basic service to be completed for a scheduled appointment I was told at the end of this time that my tires were in the red zone -even the one I just bought from you less than a year ago - with a suggestion go to my favorite tire dealer like Costco. Today I had to find a tire dealer that stocked the correct tires and spent 900 on tires. At the dealer I expected to get service and advice on preventative maintenance. In October 2020 all my tires were in the green and I have only driven 5000 miles since October. My former independent auto service were always able to replace my tires for me when needed. I understand there are challenges due to covid but I don’t feel taken care of and will probably return to my favorite independent auto repair for future service. I never want to be driving on tires in the red zone and depend on my auto service to alert me to worn tires well in advance of critical replacement dates.

I was quoted 150 for diagnosing my car. Was then called and told it would be over 600 to diagnose. Have always been satisfied with service.
