Service advisor Alfredo Mejia was professional and courteous. Since I didn't have an appointment today he gave me a realistic waiting time frame. When my car was ready for pickup, he did let me know that I have a cracked windshield in 2 spots and suggested I have them repaired before the sun causes them to crack.
