Overall I was happy with the service. A few things did stick out compared to previous services. #1, I waited more than 5 minutes till I was even acknowledged that I was there. Usually, I'm greeted and services less than 5 minutes and this was usually during their busy time, this time around it wasn't busy. #2, Darin almost skipped me had another associate not tell him I was next in line. And #3, I was not given a wait time. As I said before, usually your service department is great, always on top of things, but this time it was off. I will definitely still comeback, but I hope next time these little off things will be fixed.
