Alfredo was great, very friendly and personable. My frustration is not with him at all. I had made an appointment (two weeks out) and dropped my car off as scheduled at 8am Monday AM. I tried calling Tuesday for an update but there was no answer (twice). I received a call Tuesday afternoon saying they hadn’t been able to look at my car yet and they may need it longer or I could pick it up and reschedule an appointment. I tried calling back to get more information but nobody picked up the phone again. Thankfully today I called when they opened and after 2 calls (first one wasn’t answered) spoke with someone who said my car was being worked on. I get it, things are backed up. I would have rather waited an additional 3 days for a scheduled appointment where my car would be looked at as planned. Also, not being able to speak with anyone after multiple attempts is beyond frustrating. Please try to not over schedule!

St the time I came in there were too many customers, I was told it may take three to four hours wait time. As I had some other engagement after three hours I told come back another day. Mr Ayala called the express service and arranged the break job in less than two hours. What should I say for this type of customer oriented adjustments. Just taking the survey will not improve the service.by all. Management should take special interest in conveying customers’ appreciation to the service personnel, which will serve a good deal of satisfaction!
