I was told my car would be washed upon pick up. When doing so my car was still dirty and left with watermarks. There was no trace of a car wash ever being done. Adrian said that they could run it again. But shortly came back to me and said the associate was on break. After double checking twice that my car was washed when it wasn’t, I would’ve liked to have had the service done

When I heard you might need to keep the car overnight, I told Juan that I was hoping to get the car back same day, and that I had planned to wait in the customer lounge until it was ready. Juan modestly claimed to have nothing to do with the vehicle actually being ready by 3pm, but I'm extremely appreciative of Juan and the whole team for getting it done quickly.

Held my car for a day after making an appointment and was told the next day that a part had to be ordered for next week. Why hold the car for a day if this was the case? Plus no updates sent to me until I called myself. Lots of wasted time.
