Alfredo was very kind and attentive. This was my first experience with Honda servicing and I apologize to Alfredo for making a blunder and not going directly to him after servicing was complete. However, ever the professional he did not make me feel bad about my mistake and brought the paperwork to me at the Cashier. I apologize to him as my Father usually handles maintenance for me because I have an erratic work schedule. Hardin and its staff should be commended for their hard work and wonderful customer relations! I bought my car here and will continue to come to Hardin for all my vehicle needs!
