my wife brought her car in for routine maintenance today and a small nail was found in the left rear tire. Even though she purchased the tires at your dealership, they told her that the nail would not be removed and the tire couldn’t be fixed even though the tire was still under warranty. The reason was that the nail was in the shoulder of the tire, and she needed two new tires which would cost $890. I checked the tire and found the nail and it was nowhere near the shoulder. She was definitely being taken advantage of. I had the tire fixed at a local tire shop for $25.I didn’t expect this type of deception from a Honda dealership. I will definitely not take my car to your place of business anymore, and I will let my friends know of your dishonest tactics.Im sorry to have to write this mail, but I think you should know what’s going on in your service department. The invoice number is 457802, 2010 FIT, license number 6PKU022. Service Writer was Darin S. Why wasn’t a brake inspection performed, shouldn’t this be part of the inspection? By placing profits over honesty you lost a good customer.

The car was great and Darin could not have been better. But I noticed that hardly any people in the waiting room were wearing masks and the employee in the cubicle next to Darin was not wearing a mask. I think not requiring the customers in the waiting room to wear a mask is a huge mistake because we’re all in there breathing the same air for an extended period of time. I highly recommend requiring and enforcing mask policies per CDC guidelines.
