Customer server representative Cezar Melena was absolutely delightful and I have to say kept me informed about my service and was extremely customer service friendly. If you had a scale as to how to rate Mr. Melena’s performance out of 10 I would rate his service as a 10. However, my issue was with my car itself. I was under the impression that I would receive a free car wash with my service visit and with spending over a thousand dollars in service a small item of that nature would have been expected. Now, if you do not provide that service then I understand and I was misinformed.

My car was returned with all four of my tires pressure low. And no one looked at the windshield sun shade like I asked. I don't know if it needs replacing or you guys could do it. But it wasn't mentioned after I came back.

Everyone is always very friendly and helpful. I took my car in and told the guy who helped me what I needed and he knew exactly what I was talking about. He told me it should be done around 3 but my car was done by 10:30. That was super fast. I did have to wait till my sister got off work. I got there just in time before closing.
