I was forced to bring my vehicle in for 36 hours due to Honda's error and they didn't even wash my car. It would be great if in a "recall" situation, Honda Service employees acknowledged the hassle to the customer with a "sorry for the inconvenience" or a car wash.

Waited 3+ hours for oil change. The technician marked my air filter as needing to be changed but Darin told me he does not think it needs to be even though it was supposed to be included in my free package today. He told me it will be in the package on my next major tune up, which I will need to pay for. Not only did I not receive my air filter change, I had to wait 3 + hours just for an oil change.
