You had my car all weekend and couldn’t diagnose the problem. When I called on Monday to talk to him he was off for the day and when I called the phone rang over 8 minutes and no answer. I picked up my car after a few minor repairs but I doubt I’ll ever be back. My car is 14 years old and there are other places that will work on it. I just always trusted the Honda dealer but have lost my faith.

It was like pulling teeth to get a hold of the service and parts department to get an update on my car. They called to give an update once on the day I turned it in, and then silence for the next 3 days- to which I had to figure out a way to get to work for all of those days. It took me 30 minutes to get a hold of someone for an update three days later and I’m pretty sure they just forgot to notify me when it was done.
