The recommended alignment fee was never mentioned to me, i was just made to sign. I thought it was part of the service. I waited more than 2 hrs., spent an unexpected lot, then at the end, no carwash. Our whole family’s been loyal customers here for more than 5 yrs., referred many of our friends, and this is an ultimate disappointment!

No problem with Byron. I had an appointment for a recall issue for my CRV. When I dropped my car off I was told they wouldn't get to my car until the next day. Should have been told that when I scheduled my appointment. Should have been offered a loaner car. Did you over book your appointments that day? Very disappointing experience.

Alfredo was an amazing help ! It was my first time going and he explained everything perfectly and professionally. I had many questions and he was able to answer every single one . The time was fast and perfect and when it came to pay it was fast and simple I give my experience with Honda and Alfredo 5 out 5 stars. I will definitely return to this Honda location !

Overall I satisfied. Only one thing, when finish oil change, the Oil Life indicator did not reset, but is okay I’ll do it. I hope the car does not leak transmission oil again while is still under warranty.
