Not very Happy with the Service Tech who worked on my wife’s car.
Car was returned with grease marks on both front side panels, the USB cord that was plugged in the port was removed and left on the floor mat.
The worst part was my wife’s wooden pendent that was hanging on the rear view mirror was broken off the and toss in the glove compartment. The cord that held the pendant to the mirror was still attached to the mirror. The service tech didn’t report the incident to Byron.
Very disappointed with our service.
I sent an email to the General Manager Roberta Hardin expressing my disappointment.
With that type of service, I would not recommend family or friends to your dealership !!
