I didn’t like the fact they win I told them what was wrong with my car your guys tried to tell Me it was something else. Your Team wanted to change my fuel injector instead of my cat converter. I had to tell them they they already changed the fuel injector before. I understand that the cat is expensive but let’s stop being cheap and listen to your customers a little more. Also what’s the point of having an appointment when you still have to wait in line for 45 minutes.

Alfredo was so helpful and communicative throughout my entire service. I had to follow up with stays of the car, and then updated was told that the Evaporator had a small leak and was getting approval from warranty insurance to replace evaporator and condenser, but was never advised that condenser was not replaced, until I reviewed the invoice to see that was handled. Was never notified that car was ready except text that stated bill was full amount before insurance paid and understood that need payment from insurance.
Then picked up I thought Hardin washed the car especially for Hardin customer.
Just felt there was not much communication.
