Cezar Melena is personable and intelligent. When the job is going to take several days due to parts received, work and testing with failures an update in status is very helpful. Since my problem was difficult, it should have been “bird-dogged.” I called daily and felt like a pest. Each service rep should have a “tickler” system of calling each customer with a status. It should not be visa-versa. In fact on Wednesday when Cezar was off. I called at 2:00pm and was told “ yeah it’s ready for pick-up.” Other than that Your folks treated me right. Thanks.

B1 service took three hours which felt a bit long, but my car also went up on the lift and they fixed my splash shield for free! Good price for the service, and a fair estimate on changing my breaks. Didn’t feel overly sold to, customer service was nice, lounge was clean. Overall I am very pleased and will continue to come here!
