Everyone was very nice did their jobs. I could have left and returned a different day or time as this option was verbalized to me in a nice way. However, when I called and scheduled the appointment I made it a point to explain I was bring the car in for contracted oil change on my lease and came to find out that portion of the lease expired…if I had known I might have waited a couple of weeks to schedule the appointment.
