I was very upset that they could no look into my side panel that keeps falling off due to the fact it was never put on correctly. I dropped my car off at night time so it would be early and picked my car up at 11 and you guys didn’t have time in 4 hours to look at the side panel. I really wish there was another place to take my car. This isn’t the first time I have been unhappy with customer service from this place.

I scheduled it over 2 weeks ago and was told they cant do the work because they are short staff. I was ok to leave the car but they cant provide any freaking loaner car. So RECALL AIRBANG MUDT BE FIXED CANT BE FIXED BECAUSE OF NO LOANER AT THE DEALERSHIP????? Really? What a shame! Dont offer loaner and dont offer to schedule anytjing cant get it done what promised TERRIBLE!
